Hello, Wisconsin! We’re in full reboot mode this week with the premiere of Netflix’s That ’90s Show, which brings back some favorite characters from That ’70s Show and updates them for the decade of grunge and Snackwell’s cookies. But that’s just one of the dozens of new titles that are coming out on Netflix, not to mention everything on Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more. With so many great new shows and films to choose from, let us here at Decider help you figure out what to watch this weekend and where to stream it.
If you’ve ever wondered what happened to the teenage residents of Point Place, Wisconsin from That ’70s Show, the short answer is “they had kids.” That ’90s Show offers a look at the life of the high-school aged daughter of Eric and Donna as she visits her grandparents for a summer, but don’t worry, there are tons of cameos from the original cast who are back as their older selves. Over on Prime Video, a few more favorite characters return on The Legend of Vox Machina, the animated Dungeons and Dragons-inspired comedy that’s back for a second season. And on Apple TV+, the show that turns true crime podcasting on its head, Truth Be Told, returns with Octavia Spencer as a journalist who uses her podcast to solve crimes.
Want to know more about these highlights and the rest of the stellar weekend lineup? Check out the rest of the hit titles new on streaming this weekend below:

The Formans and all of their friends are back, it’s a new decade, and everyone is still smoking pot. That’s the general premise of That ’90s Show, where we meet Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), daughter of Eric and Donna (Topher Grace and Laura Prepon), who spends the summer chilling out at her grandparents, Red and Kitty’s (Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp) house meeting new friends because she needs a change of pace in her life. The show features cameos from almost all the original cast of That ’70s Show (not you, Danny Masterson), but will focus on Leia and the new friends she meets in Red and Kitty’s neighborhood and the hijinks that ensue when they find her parent’s old, hidden stash in the basement.

Prime Video’s fantasy-action-comedy series The Legend of Vox Machina returns with three new episodes airing on Friday (three new episodes of the show will drop weekly over the course of four weeks). The show, which is co-produced by Amazon Studios and Critical Role has come a long way from its days as a web series that was funded by Kickstarter into becoming a real show, but it thankfully hasn’t lost any of its original charm. The new season brings back the same voice actors, including Ashley Johnson, Sam Riegel, and Taliesin Jaffe, as members of the Vox Machina team who hilariously work together through various D&D campaigns; this season they find themselves back on Tal’Dorei trying to defend themselves against a group of dragons who call themselves the Chroma Conclave.

Octavia Spencer returns as journalist and true-crime podcaster Poppy Parnell in Apple TV+’s Truth Be Told, and this season she’s joined by Gabrielle Union, Ana Ayora, and Peter Gallagher, who are all new to the series, along with returning cast members Mekhi Phifer and Ron Cephas Jones. This season, Poppy teams up with a school principal, played by Union, to chase a lead on a sex-trafficking ring that’s been targeing young Black girls at her school. Season three of Truth Be Told premieres on Friday.
